Project Description
MAI produced a study for its government client that evaluated the nature of trade and investment between Canada and the state of Georgia. The research project involved analysis of data including exports and imports by industry over time, competitor countries, number and nature of Canadian firms with a presence in Georgia, and case studies capturing the experiences of and drivers for individual Canadian firms to invest in the state. The study is now being used to market the tremendous positive impact that Canada has, vis-à-vis other countries, on the Georgia economy.
